Why is a refill pouch more sustainable than a bottle?

A refill pouch has a superior product-to-package ratio to an equivalent rigid bottle. Less material means lower production energy, lower transport emissions (they ship flat), and significantly less plastic at end of life. It's the most impactful packaging decision a cleaning brand can make.
