PEF

Polyethylene furanoate, a polyester made from monoethylene glycol (MEG) and FDCA. It can be a 100% biobased alternative for PET. PEF also has improved product characteristics, such as better structural strength and improved barrier behaviour, which will allow for the use of PEF bottles in additional applications.
