A B Corp roaster reversed course on compostables, switched to a single mono-material PCR pouch, and used packaging as a margin lever during the worst coffee-price crisis in decades.
Post-consumer recycled content in the new pouch.
Reduction in subscription postage costs.

A Sydney institution moved nearly its entire range onto fully printed, recyclable post-consumer recycled pouches. Sharpening the brand, freeing the dispatch floor, and quietly putting Mecca among the most sustainable roasters in Australia.
Post-consumer recycled content in the new pouch, recyclable through soft-plastics collection.
Stickering per packing run — previously up to three people for three-plus hours, every three days.
Coffee asks a lot of its packaging: a high oxygen and moisture barrier, a degassing valve for freshly roasted beans, and a resealable zipper that holds up bag after bag.
Packaging that protects your product so it reaches your customer exactly as you intended. Multi-layer barrier and degassing valves that hold flavour from roast date to cup.
Packaging held ready and drawn down on demand, so growth never outpaces your supply and cash never sits tied up in inventory.
Entirely customisable pouches that bring your design ambitions to life with a verified, defensible sustainability story without off-the-shelf limitations.
Engineered for the unique requirements of coffee, built to match the craftsmanship of your roast. Flat bottom for premium shelf presence, stand-up for versatile retail, side gusset for wholesale and foodservice, with the features that make a pouch perform as well as it looks.

Coffee packaging has two non-negotiables: barrier and freshness. Our materials meet both and give you a credible, verified sustainability story at the same time.
We engineer the materials and structures coffee demands, then work with you to find the right sustainable spec for your roast, your format and the market you sell into. You see the options together: the materials, their impact data and the price per unit, all in one conversation. No hidden trade-offs and no golden ticket, just informed decisions based on evidence.
Our most popular coffee choice. Recyclable mono-material that works across your full weight range. Recyclable via #4 stream (LDPE) soft-plastics collection.
Derived from sugarcane ethanol, our bio-based recyclable laminate offers significant carbon reduction and reduced reliance on fossil fuels.
Home or industrially compostable, where composting infrastructure exists. Suitable for products up to 1kg.

Digital printing from 6,000 units — the most accessible option for specialty roasters running multiple SKUs. Rotogravure from 10,000 units, with better unit economics at scale.
Every coffee bag is made to your exact custom dimensions, there are no fixed size tiers. We can produce packaging for any weight, from 250g retail pouches through to 5kg wholesale formats. We work with you to build to the dimensions your product, fill weight and filling equipment require, validated through pre-production sampling before you commit.
Recyclable coffee bags are mono-material polyethylene, with up to 70% post-consumer recycled content (GRS certified), and can be disposed of via soft-plastics collection. Compostable coffee bags break down in industrial or home composting, requiring your customers to have access to the right composting infrastructure in their market. Compostable packaging has a limited shelf-life of 12 months, and is suitable for up to 1kg fill weights.
Production typically takes 35–45 days from artwork approval, with delivered lead times of 6–10 weeks depending on destination and freight method. For repeat buyers, our stock-and-serve programme holds finished bags in local warehousing so drawdowns dispatch within 48–72 hours, one all-in unit price covering production, shipping, storage and duties.
Yes. Unprinted material and format samples are available on request, and fully printed pre-production sample runs let you test the bag on your own filling line before committing. We recommend sampling for any new format, dimension or material combination.
