You see the options together: the materials, their impact data and the price per unit, all in one conversation. No hidden trade-offs and no golden ticket, just informed decisions based on evidence.

Got coffee packaging questions? Here's the answers.

What are your minimum order quantities for coffee bags?

Digital printing from 6,000 units — the most accessible option for specialty roasters running multiple SKUs. Rotogravure from 10,000 units, with better unit economics at scale.

What sizes of coffee bags are available?

Every coffee bag is made to your exact custom dimensions, there are no fixed size tiers. We can produce packaging for any weight, from 250g retail pouches through to 5kg wholesale formats. We work with you to build to the dimensions your product, fill weight and filling equipment require, validated through pre-production sampling before you commit.

What's the difference between recyclable and compostable coffee bags?

Recyclable coffee bags are mono-material polyethylene, with up to 70% post-consumer recycled content (GRS certified), and can be disposed of via soft-plastics collection. Compostable coffee bags break down in industrial or home composting, requiring your customers to have access to the right composting infrastructure in their market. Compostable packaging has a limited shelf-life of 12 months, and is suitable for up to 1kg fill weights.

What are lead times?

Production typically takes 35–45 days from artwork approval, with delivered lead times of 6–10 weeks depending on destination and freight method. For repeat buyers, our stock-and-serve programme holds finished bags in local warehousing so drawdowns dispatch within 48–72 hours, one all-in unit price covering production, shipping, storage and duties.

Can I receive samples before placing an order?

Yes. Unprinted material and format samples are available on request, and fully printed pre-production sample runs let you test the bag on your own filling line before committing. We recommend sampling for any new format, dimension or material combination.

How does the ordering process work?

From initial enquiry through to delivery: quote and material selection → artwork and proof approval → production → quality control → delivery. Our team guides you through every step.

Ready to elevate your coffee packaging?

Barrier-tested, sustainability-certified and designed to move on shelf. Trusted by specialty roasters and scaling coffee brands across the world.
